Ken Frazier, a former covert operative, is reunited with two members of his old team when he moves into a retirement community. Shortly after his arrival, he receives a visit from a former colleague, George Larsen, who unfolds a chilling conspiracy within the government that includes major US cities falling prey to snipers. The next day Larsen is murdered.
Larsen’s death and the looming deaths of untold numbers of men, women and children unleash the fury of the three retired men. Unable to produce any evidence for the media or put their trust in government authorities, they decide to take matters into their own hands.
